Upcoming congress:
The 26th International Congress of the International Society for Ethnopharmacology (ISE) will take place in Kolkata, India, 27–29 November 2027. It is held jointly with the 14th International Congress of the Society for Ethnopharmacology, India (SFE-India) at the IIT Kharagpur Research Park, Newtown, Kolkata, and coincides with the 15th anniversary of SFE-India.
Under the theme “Translating Traditional Therapies – Explore, Educate and Empower”, the congress will bring together scientists, traditional knowledge holders, policymakers, industry representatives and young researchers to strengthen international collaboration and advance the integration of traditional knowledge with contemporary science.
The ISE would like to take this chance to encourage all members and their collaborators to join.
Registration and abstract submission will open on 15 January 2027. All updates, including the scientific programme, will be published on the congress website, where you can also express your interest to receive further information:
