Upcoming Conferences

Since the first congress in 1990, the ISE has the ambition to arrange biannual international congresses for its members and other interested participants. Over the last years the intention has been to hold these congresses alternately on various continents, preferably in collaboration with local societies.

International Society for Ethnopharmacology Code of Conduct for Meetings and Other Events

All members of the International Society for Ethnopharmacology (or attendees of the Society’s events) are required to follow the Society’s Code of Conduct for Meetings. This includes, but is not limited to, any Society conference, other meeting, function, event, or professional activity. Behaviour of the Society’s members reflects on the reputation of the Society and should create a safe and professional atmosphere free of harassment, stalking, threats, abusive conduct and bullying whether physical or verbal. Any member or attendee participating in these unwanted behaviours risks expulsion (without refund) from the event and the Society as well as further consequences including the involvement of local law enforcement.
